Can't access a project?
Your company owner or administrator controls project membership and permissions. First ask them to confirm your invitation, the email address on your account, and the access assigned to you.
Report a problem
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If you attach a screenshot, remove private information first.
Account and data requests
To request account or workspace deletion, email support from the address associated with your account with the subject “Hamit Account Deletion.” We may need to verify your identity and authority over the workspace. A request is not an immediate deletion; support will confirm the next steps. Shared company records may need separate review by the company that controls them.
Mobile availability
The iOS and Android apps are being prepared for release. There are no App Store or Google Play download links yet. Existing users can access the web app.
